We at SABLINK SHIPMANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED are committed to provide prompt and Cost-effective Quality Service in the field of RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT OF SEAFARERS to all our Valued Customers, by ensuring recruitment and selection of suitably qualified and experienced sea farers as per customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
We ensure that Personal records of employment, personal data, sea service, Qualification, Medical data etc. including collection, storage, combination, and communication of such data to the third parties will be treated as confidential information, and will be used only for the purpose of employment / selection.
We are committed to comply with statutory requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
SAFETY POLICY
- The Safety Policy of SABLINK SHIPMANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is to ensure that the seafarer is responsible for the correctness and validity of data provided by him in the Application Form.
- The seafarer shall be adequately certificated and experienced for the post and type of vessel, he is supposed to join.
- The seafarer shall maintain discipline on the vessel and must obey the orders of the Master of vessel.
- The seafarer shall use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) on the vessel.
- The seafarer shall not consume, handle or deal in drug trafficking or alcohol on the vessel.
- The seafarer shall be physically fit and capable of undertaking all the duties and jobs of his rating.
- The company will not re-employ any crew member who has been found guilty or disobedient or advised unfit by the customer.
RECRUITMENT SAFETY
- No charges for enrollment to seafarers.
- Seafarer&’s own date/archives and different points of interest are kept securely and privately.
- No one-sided discrematory arrangement in light of race, shading, sex, religion, national extraction or social birthplace while enrolling.
- We affirm that repatriation of stranded seafarers, his upkeep and the transportation of mortal stays of the terminated seafarers to his home will be joined in the agreement of work of our principals.
- The agreements of business should be represented under the sea work law of principal&’s nationality.
- For any grievance the seafarer can approach the ace of the vessel/ship’s proprietors, if same not went to, they can approach us on our contact points of interest gave in the agreement of work as keeping an eye on operators, falling flat which they can approach the Director General of Shipping, Mumbai.
- If there should arise an occurrence of any grievance redressal component it ought to be compulsory on the organization to look at and react to any dissension concerning their exercises and instruct the Director General with respect to Shipping.
- In the event of death or inability of any seafarers on board, our office will be at risk to illuminate the concerned government experts and the seafarer’s closest relative inside forty eight hours of such demise and incapacity.
- Records of the considerable number of seafarers enrolled through our office, will be kept up for the time of five years.
- The first records of the seafarers as and when required by us should be securely put away and receipt of the same might be given to the seafarers.
- On recording application for arrangement through our office, seafarer will be offered affirmation to express that he knows about full style address and permit number and expiry date of permit.
